Sitting cross-legged increases the back ache
Secretary of the Physiotherapy Association said: as a done research, people who sit cross-legged have more backache more than other people who use the tables and chairs. Doctor Ebrahim Entezari, physiotherapists and physiotherapy secretary of Iran in an interview with ISNA, said that the chair should be designed based on scientific principles, and added: Many employees' back pain is due to substandard seats. Entezari stating that the people who use of high chairs for sitting during the day can also do some exercise waist, said: People who are suffering from back pain better use of the sofa. Of course those sofa that fill the back completely and have support for the hand. He emphasized that bathrooms are not very good, he said, those people who have back pain, especially those who are elderly should use the bowls. The secretary of Physiotherapy Association-Iran stated that the correct exercise prevents many diseases, it continued: incidence of back pain is possible at any age but is most common after age 40. He knew the hunch for back and buttocks natural to the body in the usual size, and said: in sitting, lumbar should not be too normal and spine back be too straight. Entezari by stating that the correct sitting fills the lumbar said: when driving lumbar can be filled by using a pillow and not worry about your back pain. Finally he said: while driving, the seat should be a place that driver can use the clutch and brake easily, so that, the knee get place above than hip joint and when knee is stretched too much pressure don't enter to back.
