Research shows that the likelihood of a person increases the risk of Alzheimer's disease how are prone to worry, anxiety or depression by affecting to memory. According to this report, researchers found that among those people who have any specific history of this disease, the incidence rate or stress tolerance indicated the risk of mind and brain for these patients. It was found that this process begins with reduce stress affecting and decreasing the regular exercise of brain, and then affect to short-time memory with decline the ready area to record and ultimately leads to disease. Of course, half the people with memory and cognitive problems don't suffer the Alzheimer's disease and this study should not cause to concern. But the researchers' suggest is to stay away from stress and anxiety helps to improving the health and likely improve the memory and finally prevents the many physical and mental diseases, especially those that are rooted in the brain and the nerves.
